We live in a technological world. In recent years, the building design industry has benefited greatly from advances in the field of design through computer-assisted design. We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) to design 3D models, where design components are combined together in a virtual model. Just like a science fiction movie, every detail of a building can be viewed by all members involved in the project from a location.
With BIM, we share information among team members as well as other architects and engineers. This provides coordinated system and flow of information and helps us create more consistent drawings, minimize mistakes and increase economic efficiency of construction process.
As your design partner, we use softwares called Revit, Tekla, Microstaion ... to create a virtual 3D model. In this environment, our engineers can figure out these complex systems and avoid conflicts with other systems in the building. By using the softwares, we help you make decisions in design phase the most correctly. This helps our partners increase design efficiency, the quality of work and reduce costs. Compatibility issue is no longer a big problem as before, we can import from and export to a variety of CAD formats to easily share information with our partners during the process of design review.
